Our most popular design service is offering new construction designs; starting from the ground up! With a new construction build, clients can expect to pay a standard price per completed conditioned square footage. With this option, you will receive a set of documents including: a floor plan, lighting plan, exterior elevations, a roof plan, and a site plan (client is responsible for providing documentation of the site).

We are happy to work with you to design a project within a community that requires architectural or HOA review. Due to the increased demands of these design plans, the pricing is compensatory with the requirements set out by the community governing bodies. With a renovation project, clients can expect to pay a per hour price for the required on-site measuring and design time needed to generate their new space. With this option, you will receive a set of documents including: your existing floor plan, existing exterior elevations, proposed new floor plan, proposed new lighting plan, proposed exterior elevations, a proposed roof plan, and a site plan (client is responsible for providing documentation of the site).
